Frequently asked questions
Got Questions? Here Are Straight Answers.
Which e-commerce platforms do you work with?
Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce, plus headless builds on frameworks such as Shopify's Hydrogen or BigCommerce's Catalyst. We recommend the one that fits your catalogue and team, and we say why in writing. The platform guide compares them.
How long does a typical store project take?
We plan for six to ten weeks for a new store on a theme we customise, and longer for custom design, large catalogues or headless builds. Your quote lists the stages and the dates we are working to.
Can you help with moving my store to a new platform?
Yes. Migrations start with a map of every product, category and page URL, so old addresses redirect to the right new ones. See store migration.
Do you provide ongoing support after launch?
Every build includes a two-week check after launch. After that, care plans cover updates, app reviews and small changes, priced separately and only if you want one.
Will my store work properly on phones?
Yes. We design product pages, filters and checkout for small screens first, then test on real phones and in common browsers before launch.
Can you connect the tools I already use?
Usually. Payments, shipping, inventory, accounting and email marketing tools can be connected through apps or their APIs. We check each one during planning and note any limits in the quote. More on integrations.
